Departure from normal high temperatures ranged from +464 degrees from normal in the West to +622 degrees from normal in the East. Low temperatures averaged from 525 degrees in the West to 682 degrees in the East. Departure from normal low temperature ranged from +476 degrees from normal in the West to +635 degrees from normal in the East.

Precipitation (liq. equ.) for the period totaled 87.12 inches statewide which was +85.15 inches from normal. Precipitation totals by climate division, West 70.49 inches, Central 87.78 inches, Bluegrass 70.25 inches and East 108.86 inches, which was +68.34, +85.74, +68.37 and +107.06 inches respectively from normal. By station, precipitation totals ranged from a low of 0.08 inches at Grayson to a high of 139.86 inches at Bardstown.
